Mr. Soffes arrived at Bridgecrest Rehabilitation Suites for a brief sojourn. Following a recent surgical endeavor, he found himself weakened, struggling to navigate the everyday tapestry of life without aid. At the moment of his therapy admission, he could walk only short distances with the support of a rollator and needed moderate assistance with daily activities.

Our devoted rehabilitation and nursing team crafted a personalized therapy plan aimed at enhancing his balance, strength, and endurance. Through their unwavering dedication, Mr. Soffes reclaimed his independence and was safely discharged back home.
